Bufo Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services, including email, billing, and payment information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device and settings.

Some products offered through our Services may be part of a pre-launch reservation or crowdfunding campaign. In such cases, products may not be immediately available for shipment at the time of purchase. Estimated launch and delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND RESERVATIONS

When you place an order or reservation through our Services, you are making an offer to purchase or reserve.

In the case of VIP reservation deposits, your $1 payment secures access to exclusive launch pricing but does not constitute a full product purchase. Full payment will be required after the Kickstarter campaign launches in order to complete your order.

Bufo Labs reserves the right to accept or decline any order or reservation at its discretion.

Orders are not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

SECTION 5 – VIP RESERVATION TERMS

The $1 VIP reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to the official Kickstarter launch.

Refund requests must be submitted to store@bufolabs.store using the email associated with the reservation.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

If the Kickstarter campaign does not proceed, all reservation deposits will be automatically refunded.

Shipping charges are not included in the reservation deposit and will be calculated and charged separately after the Kickstarter campaign concludes, based on the customer’s location and applicable rates at that time.

Reservation deposits do not guarantee delivery timelines. All shipping and production timelines are estimates only and subject to change.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For pre-launch reservations and crowdfunding purchases, shipping will be calculated and charged separately after the campaign concludes.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, tariffs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once products are delivered to the carrier.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, product designs, images, graphics, text, and materials on the Services are the property of Bufo Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for your use of third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Bufo Labs is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases and reservations are made directly with Bufo Labs.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or services purchased through Bufo Labs.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Shopify may process personal information in order to provide the Services.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback submitted to us grants Bufo Labs a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for business purposes.

SECTION 13 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice.

SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws.
